Privacy Policy

Last updated:

In short

  • We do not ask you to create an account or give us your name to play or use our apps.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Third-party services inside our apps (crash reporting, analytics and, in some titles, advertising) may collect device identifiers and usage data.
  • You can contact us at any time to ask what we hold about you and to request its deletion.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Zideral is the apps and games division of Praksys ("Zideral", "we", "us").

This policy applies to every application and game we publish under the Zideral developer account on Google Play, and to this website. Where a specific title handles data differently, its own store listing states so.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

Our apps do not require an account. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it — for example, if you write to our support address or fill in the contact form on this website. In that case we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use our apps, certain technical information is collected automatically by the services described in section 4:

  • Device model, operating system version, language and country
  • Device and advertising identifiers
  • App version, session length, screens or levels opened, and in-app events
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data when something fails
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level, not a precise position)

This information is used to keep the app working, fix errors and understand how our products are used. We do not use it to identify you personally.

3. Device permissions

Android asks for your approval before an app can use certain features. Our titles only request what they actually need, you can deny any of them, and you can revoke them later from Settings → Apps → (app) → Permissions. Denying a permission may disable the feature that depends on it, but never blocks the whole app.

  • Internet / network access — to load content, save progress and, in free titles, request ads.
  • Notifications — only if you accept them, to let you know about updates or events in the game. You can turn them off at any time.
  • Storage / photos — only in apps that let you save or import a file, and only for the file you choose.
  • Vibration — haptic feedback during play. No data involved.

We do not request contacts, microphone, camera, precise location or SMS. If a future title needs any of these, its store listing and this policy will say so before release.

4. Third-party services

We rely on established third-party providers. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy:

The exact list depends on the title. Each app's store listing includes its own data safety declaration, which reflects what that specific app collects.

5. Advertising

Some of our titles are free and supported by advertising. Ad providers may use your advertising identifier to show more relevant ads and to measure their performance. You can limit this at any time from your device:

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete or reset advertising ID

Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before showing personalised advertising, and you can change that choice later from the app's settings.

6. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your card number or payment details — we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so we can deliver the corresponding content.

7. Why we process this information

  • To operate our apps and provide the features you use
  • To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and bugs
  • To understand which parts of a product work and which do not, so we can improve them
  • To display advertising in titles supported by ads
  • To answer the messages you send us
  • To comply with legal obligations

Under the GDPR, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the app you requested), legitimate interest (security, error correction and product improvement) and consent (personalised advertising, where required). You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except with the service providers listed in section 4, who act on our behalf, and when required by a valid legal obligation or court order.

9. Retention

Diagnostic and usage data is kept for as long as it is useful for the purposes described above, in line with the retention periods of the providers in section 4. Emails you send us are kept while needed to handle your enquiry, and deleted afterwards on request.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we handle. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do commit to acting promptly if an incident affects you.

11. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with data, write to privacy@zideral.com and we will delete it.

Titles aimed at a family audience state so in their store listing and follow the corresponding programmes of each platform, without personalised advertising.

12. How to request deletion of your data

Our apps do not create user accounts, so there is no profile to delete. Even so, you can ask us to erase any information associated with your device:

  • Write to privacy@zideral.com with the subject "Data deletion", telling us the app name and your device model.
  • We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
  • Uninstalling the app also removes the data stored locally on your device.
  • To reset the advertising identifier associated with your device, follow the steps in section 5 (Advertising).

Some diagnostic data is aggregated and no longer linked to any device, so it cannot be traced back to an individual user. That data cannot be deleted individually.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, as well as to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@zideral.com; we will reply within the period set by the applicable law.

If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

14. International transfers

The providers in section 4 may process information on servers located outside your country. In those cases the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our products or the applicable law change. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced within the affected app.
